Envelope Printing

Custom Envelopes are a crucial asset for businesses, offering significant value in professional presentation and brand identity. Customized envelopes not only enhance aesthetics but also provide essential security and confidentiality for sensitive documents. In today’s digital world, professionally printed envelopes create a tangible impact, making them an indispensable tool for formal and legal communications.

Business Envelopes: Most common, typically #10 size, perfect for general correspondence and invoices.

Baronial Envelopes: Formal, pointed-flap envelopes are often chosen for wedding invitations and upscale events.

Window Envelopes: Feature a transparent panel that is customizable to display an address from the enclosed document, popular for invoices and statements.

Mailers & Expansion Envelopes

Eco-friendly Padded Mailers are a sustainable alternative to traditional plastic-based packaging, designed to protect products during shipping while minimizing environmental impact. They are a great way for businesses to appeal to eco-conscious consumers and enhance their brand image.

Sustainable Packaging

Expansion envelopes are specifically designed with gusseted sides to accommodate thick or bulky contents without bulging or tearing. This makes them a durable and versatile choice for businesses and individuals who need to ship items that don’t fit in a traditional flat mailer.

Additional mailer options, including Board Mailers, Hand-Pack Poly Mailers, and Self-Mailers, are available.

Sustainable packaging

Sustainable packaging reduces waste, conserves natural resources, and lowers the carbon footprint, helping protect the environment for future generations.

Recycled Paper Envelopes (10% PCW): A wise choice made from 10% post-consumer waste, offering a sustainable alternative to envelopes produced from new paper. Optional 30% PCW.

Kraft paper: A highly durable and naturally appealing material frequently used for both envelopes and general packaging. It’s often made from recycled content and is fully recyclable, making it an excellent choice for businesses prioritizing sustainability.

Tyvek®: An eco-conscious option, being 100% recyclable and containing 10% post-industrial recycled content. They offer lightweight strength for potential postage savings, alongside superior protection against water, moisture, tears, and punctures.

Herculink®: Crafted with a PEFC-certified sheet, ensuring that its production supports sustainable forest management and does not diminish our vital forest resources.

TerraBoard™: An impressive option featuring 100% recycled content (with 75% post-consumer material), it’s also compostable, curbside recyclable, and biodegradable.

Corrugated Boxes and Packaging

Corrugated boxes, often referred to as cardboard boxes, are strong and versatile packaging solutions designed for shipping, storage, and heavy-duty use. Unlike true cardboard boxes, which are made from single-layer paperboard, corrugated boxes feature multiple layers with a fluted inner sheet for added durability and protection. This construction makes them ideal for transporting products of all sizes while still being lightweight, recyclable, and cost-effective.

Regular Slotted Container (RSC): This is your everyday, versatile box. Its flaps meet in the middle, making it great for a wide range of shipping and storage needs.

Half Slotted Container (HSC): Like an RSC but with only one set of flaps. You’ll often see these used as a cover or for moving goods between different parts of a factory.

One-Piece Folder (OPF): Made from a single piece of cardboard, this style folds around the product, perfect for flat items like books or documents.

Telescoping Boxes: These boxes come in two pieces—a separate top and bottom—that fit snugly over each other, providing sturdy protection.

Die-cut Boxes: When you need a custom fit or unique branding, die-cut boxes are the answer. They’re specially shaped to suit a specific product perfectly.
