Expansion envelopes are specifically designed with gusseted sides to accommodate thick or bulky contents without bulging or tearing. This makes them a durable and versatile choice for businesses and individuals who need to ship items that don’t fit in a traditional flat mailer.

Tyvek®: An eco-conscious option, being 100% recyclable and containing 10% post-industrial recycled content. They offer lightweight strength for potential postage savings, alongside superior protection against water, moisture, tears, and punctures.

Herculink®: Crafted with a PEFC-certified sheet, ensuring that its production supports sustainable forest management and does not diminish our vital forest resources.

Corrugated Boxes and Packaging

Corrugated boxes, often referred to as cardboard boxes, are strong and versatile packaging solutions designed for shipping, storage, and heavy-duty use. Unlike true cardboard boxes, which are made from single-layer paperboard, corrugated boxes feature multiple layers with a fluted inner sheet for added durability and protection. This construction makes them ideal for transporting products of all sizes while still being lightweight, recyclable, and cost-effective.

Regular Slotted Container (RSC): This is your everyday, versatile box. Its flaps meet in the middle, making it great for a wide range of shipping and storage needs.

Half Slotted Container (HSC): Like an RSC but with only one set of flaps. You’ll often see these used as a cover or for moving goods between different parts of a factory.
